I absolutely love living here! I have been here a couple years now, Max the manager is especially amazing, very kind and helpful, friendly and kind attitude. She has helped me through multiple issues and gotten them resolved in a timely manner and that is very much appreciated on my end :) They have a great dog park that is well kept. The property is beautiful, yes it can be expensive but hey, we live in one of the most beautiful places, it's expensive everywhere here. Jay always is happy and my dog loves the both of them, I could not be happier living here.

Coburn Crossing is a great place to live! Unmatched location. Beautifully kept grounds. Updated and clean apartment units. The property manager Max is amazing to work with. Very professional and communicative. When deciding to upgrade my unit she took the time to walk me through all of the options. I appreciated it greatly.

Been at Coburn Crossing now for the last 4 years and I can definitely say that the last year and a half has been the absolute BEST due to our property manager Max and the awesome maintenance tech Jay!!! My experience with Max has been amazing! She is super helpful, kind, and professional. Anytime I have a question or concern she reaches out immediately and is always attentive and willing to accommodate in any way that she can! She’s a goddess!!!! She has really turned this complex around in such a positive way and it’s great to see! Also, Jay the maintenance tech is an awesome fella!!! Always around to help or answer any maintenance questions we have with the biggest smile on his face! He’s an absolute gem. Lastly, location wise Coburn is an awesome place to live since it’s so close to downtown Truckee and many other places! Max & Jay are great and I can’t say enough great things about them and our apartment!!!

I’ve lived here for about 1.5 years now and although the price does seem high, it’s still much cheaper than anywhere else in the area you’ll find. And the quality of the complexes inside is totally worth it. Jay and Max are a wonderful dynamic duo who keep this place up and functioning. When I was looking to extend my lease Max was so extremely helpful and making it a smooth and easy transition!!

It's SO NICE. It was built only four years ago; the neighbors are super nice. It's VERY dog-friendly, and there's a little "bark park." The amenities are SO NICE! In-unit washer dryer and dishwasher, which are really quality appliances. LOTS of storage, which is great. And I've had SUCH great experiences with Max, she's been so responsive and over the top kind and thoughtful - bringing packages that were mis-sent, and following up to make sure my move was going well. Building D is right by the highway, so if you're sensitive to noise, FYI. Literally, other than that, I'm SO HAPPY! Literally dreams come true.

Living in Coburn has been absolutely great, for the almost 3 years we have been here we have seen many positive changes. We watch the dog park go in, a nice BBQ be put in the courtyard, and a much better upkeep to the lawn and wood chips surrounding the buildings. Since taking over Max in the main office has been very helpful, kind, and accommodating. Her professionalism, attentivnes, and willingness to be there and help tenents with small to big issues is by far the best I've experienced. She's been my favorite site Manager out of the three we have had. Our maintenence man has gone above and beyond multiple times, from small stove lights to fixing the dishwasher, he is very kind, very quick, and you can tell is great at what he does. Aside from the few grumpy neighbors, or sometimes a smoker here or there, which who can possible control either of those things, Coburn is a quiet, keep to yourself, type of community. We have really enjoyed watching it change from good, to great over these 3 years and look forward to residing here until being able to purchase a house.

I actually love my apartment at Coburn. I've been here almost two years now and the complex is currently in the best shape now than I've ever seen it. One of the standout aspects of this place is the staff. Max, in the main office, has been an absolute gem. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist residents is commendable. I can't say enough good things about her. My first few months here we're under different management and it's really nice to see how drastically things have turned around. Furthermore, our new Maintenance tech rocks!! He's so helpful and sweet. The attention to detail and the promptness with which maintenance issues are addressed makes living here so much better. The new E Bike program that the town of Truckee has installed has also made this place better, as downtown is even easier to access.

Since I moved in, she has been extremely helpful with questions and requests. She even helped to receive a package of been waiting a long time for when I couldn’t be home. Thanks Max! Pros • Beautiful property, modern finishes, very friendly staff, convenient location, pet friendly, and quiet setting – despite proximity to the highway. Also, there's a hotel literally outside your door, so when family visits town they can stay close, but out of your space. Central air and heating. Utilities are very cheap, especially compared to renting a house. Very energy efficient and well insulated units. Despite multiple nights in the 20’s-30’s I’ve only turned my heat on once this fall, when it got down to 7 degrees. Cons • I wish the residents were better about picking up their dog poop 🐕💩💩💩 it’s all over the grass and landscaping. I’ve stepped in dog poop 3 times in the 4 months living here. Other residents don’t like it either (see photo)

Yesterday the parking lot was being repainted, the hallways were being vacuumed and a newsletter was left at my door. The staff at Coburn Crossing takes pride in keeping the apartment complex new. I feel cared for here in their actions and their interactions. I enjoy living here.

I would just like to say that any of the new construction issues have been fixed in a timely manner in my apartment . My apartment is super efficient my electric bill was only $ 40.00 bucks and some change for the last month, and we are all getting free Verizon hot spots until the internet issues get worked out!
